Do not use this site. I ordered an outdoor sofa, one of the boxes arrived with the chair arm rest with a clean brake. It happens. No biggie. That was two weeks ago. I've sent four emails, with nothing but a automated replies to show for it. I have four large boxes cluttering my house because I can't assemble or throw anything out pending my having to maybe return the whole lot. I don't want to file to return the item because I have no indication that I'll get my money back.They have seen fit to clutter my inbox with numerous emails a day with ads. I'm enduring these in case there is a reply somewhere in one of them.
