The course never arrived. The email sent for a full refund was not acknowledged. I had to ring them for an update and am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed with the service and communication. I hope I don't have to raise a claim with my CC to get my money back .update still having trouble getting my money back . Avoid Let's hope PayPal will get the money back as all these want to do is keep the learner on the course they don't want . Finally they have agreed to refund what a waste of time. Actually now got my refund hoorah
