Initial service was good, Salesman Darren, was keen to get me to sign up constant communication.
Once signed up it took 10 days to meet with my tutor.
I've since had to cancel due to some unforeseen circumstances and have attempted to get in contact times to 3 different people, via contact information provided on the website and has been radio silence since. I am trying to make a complaint but only emails listed are the ones I have tried. Soon will be making a complaint to the financial ombudsman if no contact.
I managed to call the college to advise cancellation, they advised received my email but no holding email worth a customers time.
They advised sent a request to find out how much of the course was access to see if they can refund. I advised when I finally met my tutor, she provided a tour of the platform. The customer service agent advised will probably be unable to refund as access has been made, despite this being a part of choosing my units and not actually viewing any course materials.
I have checked the signed agreement with Snap Finance (finance company they use) I can't see any wording regarding this so will be making a complaint and escalating to the financial ombudsman and any other relevant governing bodies as seeing other reviews, there seems to be a trend
