I booked Vaso Roof Top Restaurant using open table 2 days ahead. The restaurant cancelled my booking 30 minutes before and would not pick up my calls. I made alternative arrangement and requested open table to do a follow up and get me an answer. OpenTable kept on sending me the emails how we can help but never did anything except saying directly contact restaurant. In my view if you provide the booking service you need to provide answers for it too, else why not I will call the restaurant and book?
