Terrible experience.On 04/30 I ordered a water filter. The order was confirmed with an estimated delivery date of May 2 – May 6. On May 7th, since the order was not delivered, I asked them for a delivery update. On May 8 they wrote back just to let me know that the item was in back order and it was cancelled. Before my inquiry, I did not receive anything from this company to let me know that the order was cancelled. Terrible customer service! So I had to order it from another company. I will NEVER order anything else from this company.
