On March 12, I ordered a Truper 11900 Wheelbarrow Tray. From OpenTip. One month later, I still had not received it. When I called them, I found that it had never been shipped. Shortly after my call, I received an email saying that it was now back in stock and would be shipped ASAP. After that I received another email stating that my order had been canceled, because the item had been discontinued. I am not sure what kind of game these people are playing, but I have seen numerous online reviews, from those having a similar experience. One simply cannot believe any of the positive reviews for this incompetent, dishonest, business.
