The product was fine. But I ordered a half size small. I paid $18.33 for shipping and wanted to exchange. Return shipping up to me, then shipping on replacement which comes to essentially the price of the shoe! Had to hammer for days for clarification about repeating shipping for exchange item. No exchange. New purchase. I'd pay shipping 3rd time. Decided to just sell them here. No more biz from me!
