I would like to report that I am not receiving any email notifications from the service, even though my subscription is active and valid until March 21st.
The last email communication I received from you was on January 12th, which means it has been 18 days without receiving any alerts or updates in my inbox.
However, I can see multiple new notifications and trade alerts published in the portal (listed below), which confirms that the content is being generated, but it is not being delivered to my email.
I kindly request:
1. An immediate review and restoration of my email notifications.
2. That my email address be whitelisted in your systems to ensure proper delivery.
