Tried to place an order back in August that said it shipped. Waited a couple weeks and the tracking number they sent never activated. I contacted them and they said to wait another week and it would be visible. -It wasn't- Contacted them again and they said the shipment was "lost" and that they'd look into it. -Four days later- Still nothing.Contact them again, they say they'll send out a brand new order and I'll have the tracking number in a 1-2 business days.-Five days later-Nothing from their customer service. Contact them yet again and just want my money back.If you want to mess around for nearly three months, waste your time and money and have nothing to show for it, they're a great company. Otherwise, avoid them at all costs. They're terrible.
