I’d an appointment which couldn’t be changed the day Royal Mail were due to deliver so requested the following day on the list of those available. My request was accepted but ‘we can’t guarantee the date etc’. Excuse me?? I waited in all day but no delivery. This is typical of their over-priced, unreliable ‘service’ & as I’m not in on the next working day ie Jan 5 I’ve no idea when or even if it will arrive because Royal Mail regularly leave orders on the doorstep. No card through the door either ‘we don’t do that anymore’! & they make little/no effort to leave with a neighbour.
