I was given good advice as to which Optibac product to use for my digestive system. I am gluten intolerant, IBS and vegetarian. Finding a gluten-free product and suitable for vegetarian was a must with very few to no bulking agents was a necessity. Optibac full filled that totally. As for the IBS its still early days as with anything it can take a little while, but that said the bloating has reduced along with the amount of gas. I will buy again.
