The website indicated stock availability and promised delivery between December 17 and 18, so I trusted the product would arrive on time. However, on December 22, I received a notification from a shipping company that my shipment was held at customs. I learned that it was an international order, which was not clearly communicated. A representative informed me of the documents needed to release the package. The service sent this information to the shipping representative but not to the correct email address, causing further delays. Consequently, I had to rush to buy a last-minute replacement gift. The sunglasses eventually arrived after the holidays in an open, damaged box, which is unacceptable for a new product. To make matters worse, I later received an additional charge from the shipping company for a 32% import tax. I want to highlight that the purchasing process never clearly stated it was an import into the United States, and the service did not provide all necessary customs documentation initially. They failed to meet the promised delivery date, and the product arrived in poor condition. I will return the sunglasses in the same condition and request a full refund for all costs incurred, including product price, shipping fees, taxes, and additional charges. In summary, this was a frustrating experience marked by lack of transparency, failure to fulfill delivery promises, poor customs handling, and unexpected costs. I do not recommend purchasing through their online platform if the destination is the United States. A complete disaster.
