They are involved in review manipulation, tying a partial refund to the deletion of my negative review from Google, which is against consumer law. My experience was overwhelmingly negative. We hired them for a builders clean, but the first attempt left our place smelling awful due to open patio doors. An angry call for a refund was met with threats about posting photos online. I felt pressured into allowing a second clean, which was just as inadequate. We spent a weekend re-cleaning ourselves, losing free help for our move, and incurring additional costs. I delayed writing a review to gather photos, but they charged us again in the meantime, pushing me to file chargebacks. I received a refund for one charge but they still refuse to accept responsibility. Their initial compensation offer was offensive, and the conditions for a refund are unreasonable. I intended to change my review to neutral, but their apathy and manipulation are unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint regarding these issues.
