I engaged Optima Cleaners for an after builders clean of 2 properties which was not completed. The cleaners also stripped the paint off the architraves and skirtings in every room with the vacuum cleaner. They advised that based on the pre-work photos, the marks on the skirtings were already there. I used their own photos to demonstrate that the paint was scraped off by their cleaners and were not scuff marks. I requested a refund, but they would only pay $130 if I removed my review. They are now claiming the photos they presented to me were not the correct photos. $650 later and we have damaged surfaces and had to re-clean.
