BEWARE. Do not use Optima Cleaning for any services — we engaged them for a builder’s clean, and the experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. From start to finish, we faced a series of serious issues, beginning with incomplete cleaning work, despite providing clear photographic evidence immediately after the job. The cleaner openly admitted to leaving the work unfinished before leaving the property. Communication was consistently poor, with the cleaner arriving late and even providing false information about the scheduled date. Most distressing was paying extra specifically for window cleaning, only to discover that the newly installed windows suffered permanent scratching and etching, causing thousands of dollars in damage. This was confirmed by both a professional independent assessor and our builder, both of whom agreed the damage was consistent with the cleaning process. Despite submitting all requested evidence in good faith, Optima repeatedly dismissed our concerns, failed to take accountability, and never resolved the matter as promised. The entire experience was unprofessional and deeply unsatisfactory.
