I ordered Prada sunglasses but received no confirmation or acknowledgement of my order so I don’t even have an order number. Checked the history of orders on the account and it says no orders. I checked Visa statement and I have been charged for the sunglasses. I sent two emails and one customer service form on their website. No response. I tried calling the number and it says they’re out of service. So I’m out $350 and I’m getting no sunglasses. Called Visa today and apparently I have to wait another 10 days (total of two weeks) before they’ll file a dispute. I will get my money back through Visa, but I got no response from the company. Total scam. Colleen ParrySince I posted this review the company has contacted me. Will see how this is resolved. I will update. CPCompany has created an order and my sunglasses have been shipped. I will post a final addendum once they arrive. CPAddendum: glasses arrived and they are perfect. So aside from the initial ordering glitch and lack of responsiveness I am pleased overall. I’m Canadian and these Prada sunglasses were $640 in Canada so to get them almost half price was well worth it. I’ve upgraded my review to four stars.
