I visited a .co.uk website that said "no VAT to pay".I then received a bill from FedEx for almost 40% the value of the glasses.When I queried with their customer services I got a curt response telling me to read the terms and conditions. who has time for that? especially if it contradicts what they say on their website,So here I am wishing that I had checked trustpilot before buying. Very disappointed with the additional fees that arrive after the returns cut off date, the slow despatch because apparently it was out of stock (not indicated on the website at the time of purchase) but mostly the completely unsympathetic response to my predicament that I felt they would have been aware of and responsible for. Very disappointing.
