My order failed to arrive before Christmas as expected. I reached out to the support team via chat on New Year’s Day and was informed that my order had been reordered, and I could only receive a refund for the delivery costs, which was not helpful since it was a Christmas gift. Two weeks later, when it still hadn't arrived, I contacted customer service again and discovered that my order hadn't been processed as promised. Eventually, I received some clarity, and my order was placed for the third time, along with a refund for the inconvenience. A month later, on January 14th, I finally received it—well after Christmas and with no gift for my mother. It’s unacceptable. I was told my complaint was escalated three weeks ago, but I haven't heard back. It's safe to say I won't be using this service again.
