I can only speak for myself. If my husband wasn't techy, perhaps I'd have messed up the accessing of assessments. As it was, he is, and all was well. Once accessed, I was treated with great patience and respect by the lovely Assessors, especially Nithya (I think that's the spelling). I was made to feel more relaxed when given the good advice of the Assessor regarding medication.I was also surprised at my outcome being delivered straight after the final assessment. Perhaps that's my age, I remember when patients were spoken over. Times have moved on from that and I am so grateful that they have. Thank you, Doctor Nithya.
