This is the second review for Optimise healthcare and i personally think its the most important one. From the simple email conversations from the attentive and patient secretary who explained everything so well and answered my numerous emails all in one day without making me feel like i was a burden or wasting there time, this helped me even open the emails and reduced my anxiety levels. My first assessment via video link was so easy to understand and i was made to feel very comfortable answering the questions for the nurse.This lead to the second stage of meeting the doctor, which was approximately two weeks later, a fast easy to comprehend approach.The doctors questions opened up a myriad of answers that i have never thought about, like a light shining into a prism. This all helps me understand my behaviour and anxieties in my everyday life and my personal life, it explains the fragmented parts of my life that i have questioned my position within my standing in my work and family life. This has explained the isolation and feelings of intense loneliness and rejection. I found the way the doctor spoke was in a clear and easy manner without any judgment or trepidation for future conversations. I look forward for the advice and future conversations and interactions with the Optimise group to help me achieve more than i thought i could ever achieve.
