Exact same experience at BTex. Bank switch made with promise of £30 Amazon voucher my 31st May. Contact them after July if not received. I contacted them and got a response confirming that I would receive the voucher, having not received it by mid August I have tried 3 times to contact them using their enquiry form to which they no longer reply. As it is now the 27th September I guess I am not receiving the promised the voucher. Update 3rd October: I finally received the voucher!
