I downloaded Optimoroute and gave it a try, but unfortunately found several frustrating issues. I raised these with their support team, but even simple, time-saving features aren’t available.For example, there’s no easy way to use the address book you set up with locations, business names, and opening hours by simply selecting entries and adding them to a delivery day. Instead, you have to manually enter each one every single day, which is both time-consuming and frustrating.When we manually add the stops and include the opening hours for each shop, the system often malfunctions — it either fails to plan the routes properly or only optimizes one or two stops out of the 15–20 we need, leaving the rest unassigned.We still have five days left on the trial, but based on this experience, Optimoroute isn’t the right fit for us. For a company looking for a simple, easy-to-use route optimization program, this misses the mark — especially when support responses can take several business days.It’s a shame, because it seems like a solid platform at first glance, but it doesn’t meet even our minimal expectations. We’ve decided not to subscribe and will continue searching for software that can deliver these basic requirements.
