Communication during delivery was terrible. The track and trace link was broken and no option to try and fix this.When the product did arrive, it did not match the promised quality. It was supposed to be wooden, but instead it's a cheap, pixellated print - not a grain of wood in sight.I've asked for a return and will include details about the experience.Update: as experienced by other users, the return is to China (quite bizarre, since it was sent from the Netherlands).They did offer me a 30 percent refund and I took what I could get, but that means they're still making a 1000% profit on an item that must have cost 3 euros to produce.
