Bought their protein shakes from local store and complained to them as the shake wasn't a shake even tho it was in date, The shake was set and wouldn't come out of bottle.i even sent a video of the item and tried to shake it out.i opened a ticket and was fobbed off that since not bought from there online shop they would not help even tho they make the item. TOTAL DISGRACE COULDN'T CARE A BIT.
