Top marks to Kenny at Optimus Holidays! We used to always use our local high-street travel agency and had never before arranged holidays over the phone or by email. We were nervous about trying this as we worried about the lack of face-to face contact and the fact that he is down south and we are in Scotland. Our experience with him was first-class. He was knowledgeable, efficient, supportive, and always at the end of the phone when we needed him.We couldn't believe it when , on experiencing a serious problem caused by Edinburgh Airport, he actually answered the phone at 6.35am! He talked us through what to do and all was well in the end.We received all our paperwork from him, by post , as we prefer that to just email.Nothing was too much bother for him and he arranged an amazing 3 week holiday to South Korea and Japan. He spotted an opportunity for getting premium seats on the plane at a good price and alerted us so we ended up travelling in comfort. We had a fantastic holiday !
