We have yet to go on our booked holiday however Optimus Holidays and Kenny have made the booking process very smooth. We have booked a Princess cruise holiday for October 2026 and Kenny listened to the requirements, made some suggestions and was able to secure an excellent cabin on the ship. The flights have still to be organised but he is going to look at availability from airports other than London which was an excellent suggestion.I found him to be very helpful throughout and we feel very reassured that we will have a wonderful trip next year.
