I was introduced to this balance wedge from my physio , thorght money making item !!! But i was wrong i am 67 with stiff neck and shoulders and using this 3/4times a day really makes a difference I would recommend it and its use to all of us mature people that need a stretch , must also be great for any rehab building up the muscles too If you ache !
