I have hEDS and associated long term problems with neck pain. My thoracic and cervical spine posture is incorrect. Also 2 of my cervical vertebrae were kind of stuck together. I've been using the wedge for a month or so now and it's making such a difference. Quick and easy to do the exercises but the impact is huge! Those 2 vertebrae are no longer stuck and now articulate freely. My everyday posture is improved. I like the pendant and ponytail tip too. I have a way to go, but so far I'm really pleased.
