Made the choice to use their silver service for about a month. It was ok - sent you trade alerts via email. I noticed there are not any exits or a suggestion on when to trade. I did email CS and they told me to act on the option trade alert when I receive the email. I did that and ended up making $16,600 for the month. I switched to their Gold service where things got a lot better. For the price point it's pricey, however, the trade alerts are live, with help from the trader in the chat. I prefer the chat method versus email. For me its more hands on than email. You can dm the trader, they can notify you on exits and if you missed the entry they will inform you on when to re-enter if there's an opportunity. I paid $700 extra to get exits - well worth it too. I ended the month up $55,000. Overall great option trade alerts and service.
