I have used 3 bottles of sugr-2-fiber but I cannot tell a difference so far. I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, however, it is in my families medical history. I am 64 yrs old. I also have not seen any weight loss at all. I have ordered two more bottles and will try taking 2 capsules before meals to see if that makes a difference.
