I requested the FREE OPTIVIDA HEALTH COMPLETE ESSENTIALS 3-DAY SAMPLE PACK which was promptly sent to me. I thought that this would be a good sample to try since I don’t eat many vegetables and this would be a good supplement if I enjoyed the sample. The sample that came had an expiration date of April 2021 and we are in April 2021 but figured that it would be okay to take it. First off the taste was not so great but thought, “it’s not too great but can deal with it if it means getting a full serving of vegetables/fruit.” Not long after I began feeling dizzy, my blood pressure dropped and had heart palpitations. I’m glad this was a sample and not an actual full size product because I would want my money back. It took a few hours for me to feel better. I’m healthy and a 35 years old so I there’s no reason for me to have felt that way. Certainly do not recommend it ☹️ at all. I would much rather just incorporate more vegetables in my diet rather deal with these side effects.Also, it would be great if your company would send samples that haven’t expired or on the verge of expiring. I’m assuming that a date of April 2021 means that it expires on April 30, 2021 but maybe it’s by April 1 and it’s no longer at its peak quality which is why I fell ill.
