Thought I was buying a larger bottle of Complete Essentials, and found it to be a powder. Mixed it, but did not drink all of it. My other problem is I cannot take it and go out of the house. (no restrooms on the beltway) Since it gives energy, can't take it with my evening meal. Not for me.
