I signed up for a Distributor account and they never changed my login to show distributor prices, and I made three very expensive orders last year before realizing that I was only given the Professional Price, that it wasn't the Distributor price. It took several emails to customer service to ask how to get the distributor prices, because the customer number they gave me wasn't helpful. And I was told information that I already knew -- how to log in. Finally, I had to call in to Customer Service and had them actually change it. Then I came to realize that I had been highly overcharged, once I actually saw the Distributor pricing.
