I had an order that was lacking a refill. When I called in to tell them that the pills had not come they told me that they shipped them. My policy has a ""30 day replacement clause for "lost pills". They said they would send out a replacement refill. I never got the pills, when I called in they told me that THEY canceled the order BUT never notified me. Now I need to get a local refill order from my Dr. and then they would send out another 30 day refill. They never said that my replacement refill would be limited to 30 days and that I needed to contact my Dr. I now have been without these pills for over 30 days. Not acceptable but no choice.
