I recently signed up with Opus Virtual Offices to obtain a business address for forming my LLC in Maryland.Immediately after purchasing the service, I attempted to use the address on the Maryland state registration website and was informed that the address is not accepted as a valid business location because it is considered a mailing/virtual address.Within approximately one hour of signing up, I contacted Opus to cancel the service since it could not be used for its intended purpose. Despite this, I was told I am locked into a 3-month contract and would not be refunded. To be clear:The service could not be used for its intended purposeCancellation was requested almost immediatelyNo meaningful services were usedThis raises serious concerns about transparency and how these services are represented during the purchasing process.I am requesting:Immediate cancellation of the accountA full refundConfirmation that no further billing will occurIf anyone else has experienced similar issues with virtual office providers, I would be interested to hear your experience.
