In 2024 by far the worst experience. We contacted the Florida location, requested services. Since I am out of country and is not available to sign third party notary documents. Customer service told me that the notary documents must be signed before services can take effect and since I am out of country, they will cancel my order and I should contact them once I am back home. TO MY SHOCKING SURPRISE, OPUS MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES THEY NEVER PROVIDED….THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ALL THE EMAILS SENT TO THEIR OFFICE , THEY ARE IGNORING THOSE EMAIL AND CONSTANTLY GOING INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
