The company advertised that they provide an address that could be used as your business address. Yet, when I purchased the virtual assistant and address for business, I was not able to use that address at all. It was rejected by state of Georgia licensing. I reported this and requested my money back because I was not able to use this business's address for my business address. The response I got for my request was that they (Opus) will be in touch with me and no one ever contacted me again. Twice, I requested my money back and did not get a response or refund.
