Very disappointed with Opus Virtual Office. They refused to approve my ID, yet still charged me for a subscription that I was clearly never qualified for according to their own standards. When I requested cancellation, they ignored my request, continuing to bill me despite never providing the promised services. On the other hand, my experience with Regus was smooth and straightforward. I’d strongly suggest avoiding Opus if you value transparent communication and fair business practices.
