This place is a scam , every 4/5 star review i would seriously question. They’re ad specifies first month free, never received that , also a guarantee that you could cancel anytime with no hassle. They had been calling me for about a week, letting me know it was time to pay up i left several messages that went ignored and they slammed my card anyway- big surprise… while speaking with CUSTOMER SERVICE this morning i was told it was a BILLING problem and i needed to give 30 days notice to cancel! So scammy and un ethical. Now i’ve created a TICKET which i’m sure will get top priority, and they’ll stick with this 30 day nonsense. So now i have a virtual office i don’t want / need , never used. GREAT ! i guess OPUS needs that $119! Don’t spend it all in one place . CAVEAT EMPTOR.
