I found OQ Hair thru a hair influencer on instagram, so I decided to check their website. I found exactly what I wanted and the price was very fair so I bought it, a V part Burmese curly wig. After buying it, I received a confirmation email, until then, everything was ok. Three days go by and I receive no more updates regarding the purchase, I checked the site, nothing, so I went to the “shipping and delivery” section and it says that the processing time for them to take the product to the shipping services takes 1-3 days, so I got worried and send them an email, they reply saying that the wig was in process because of high demand and it would take 10-15 days to send the package and then more 5-7 days for shipping 💀. If it’s unavailable, then why is it on the website? At least put a warning or send an email to the customers saying that it will take longer due to high demand (if I hadn’t sent the email, I wouldn’t know about anything). I’m very disappointed with the service (since I had very high expectations due to amazing reviews from this company). Now, I still haven’t received it, so I can’t say anything about the quality of the product, I’ll update when I receive it. Regardless, I don’t recommend buying from OQ Hair if you value fast shipping and costumer-service provider communication.
