My MT4 had frozen. I could not do any trading whatsoever and so I contacted OQtima Support. They first gave me a list of things to check to see if the problem could be rectified immediately. When that did not happen they got more serious with the checks I was asked to do, being more indebt. Long story short, they got me up and running and throughout the whole exercise they were in constant contact with me about what they were doing, or wanting me to do. Quite frankly I'm not used to that kind of service online. I'm used to the "leave it with us and we'll see what we can do," service. I always felt like this these people had my best interest at heart during the entire exercise until they got the problem fixed. They did not disappoint and kudos to them all for best efforts given.
