Shipping issues, not product-related

The problem lies with the shipping service, not the product itself. The delivery service claimed they attempted delivery, but I was home tracking the shipment and waiting to sign. The tracking information changed daily for three days without a clear update until it was finally dropped off at a local access point. The staff there initially couldn't find it and had to check again with a manager, even though tracking confirmed it was there. When located, it was off to the side, not in the designated area for packages. The box was quite damaged, unlike the other packages I received previously, although the contents were fine. It's frustrating to have spent a significant amount on a delivery to an unsecured location handled by individuals who seem less attentive than the shipping service. If I were the seller, I would reconsider using this shipping option due to the high risk of package loss. I'm writing this review because I received an email inquiring about my delivery, suggesting that the shipping data received by the seller was unclear, as I did not receive a confirmation request for my other orders shipped via a different service. The products themselves are beautiful, and I plan to make more purchases in the future.
