I faced problems with the shipping service rather than the product itself. The service claimed they attempted delivery, but I was at home waiting to sign for the shipment and saw no such attempt. The tracking information changed daily for three days without providing a clear location until the package was finally dropped off at a local access point. When I inquired, the staff initially said it wasn't there and had to check with a manager, even though tracking indicated it was. Upon retrieval, the package was set aside, not in the usual area for deliveries. The box was significantly damaged, unlike the other two packages I received, although the contents were intact. I’m disappointed that I spent a considerable amount on delivery to an unsecured location handled by individuals who seem indifferent to package care. If I were the seller, I would reconsider using this shipping service due to the high risk of lost items. I’m writing this review because I received an email asking if I received my order, which suggests the delivery updates they received were unclear, especially since I didn’t get a receipt confirmation for my other two orders shipped via a different service. The products themselves are lovely, and I plan to buy more in the future.
