Zero compassion for paying members when a class is missed due to an emergency. I missed my very first appointment on Nov. 24 because my home was hit by the Spring tornado. When I called the next day to explain, I was told there was "nothing they could do." No empathy, no flexibility-- it shows how little they value their members. I'm choosing to walk away and forfeit my initial fee rather than support a company that can't show basic compassion during a real crisis.
