I commissioned a capsule art piece at a nice, affordable price, and the quality of the capsule art was really good for the amount you have to pay. The artist asks for your preferences and makes things very clear when working with you. I am satisfied with the capsule art.
However, the overall experience could have been much smoother. The deadline of the commission was missed a few times (again and again) and there were some complications with the payment. The artist is definitely talented but I hope they can improve the client experience.
