I ordered a derilo pillow online at the website, and moments later a reply came back that something is wrong, please check your order, apparently to correct a problem. Turns out the company shipped me 2 pillows at $74.80 each, so I tried to cancel the order and get a refund. They never got back to me and sure enough 2 pillows show up at my door a few days later. Right after the entry was placed I attempted to call them but could not find a phone number so I went to my credit card company to dispute purchase. the pillows were shipped via Speedx delivery, never heard of company. After finally getting 610-810-3812 phone number (for any future customers who are pissed like me), and getting shipping instructions , it cost me $11.40 per pillow to return them for a refund . the worst company in the world. i can't say enough bad things about this company they ripped me off. Slimeballs!!
