Avoid this company at all costs. They seem more interested in collecting money than in tenant safety. As a young woman in my early 20s, I endured five unbearable months of severe antisocial behavior from a neighbor in his 40s. He harassed and stalked me, and despite several police reports, the company was informed that they needed to take action and evict him. Yet, they did absolutely nothing. The harassment persisted, and my mental health suffered greatly. Their so-called concern for tenant safety was nonexistent. I was ultimately forced to leave my home, and now, eight months later, they have the audacity to tell the council to charge me money. My interaction with the complaints team was shocking; the lack of empathy for the financial and emotional turmoil I experienced was unbelievable. I had to pack up and move within weeks because they refused to protect me, and now they want to bill me? The representative I spoke to dismissed my concerns, simply stating that the case was closed. I explained that missed calls were due to work, but I was met with excuses. After I moved out, I received a letter stating the case was 'closed.' It was closed because I had to leave. Meanwhile, the man who harassed me continues to live there comfortably while I am being pursued for payments. This company has failed me in every way possible. Never rent from them.
