Failure to notify of gas safety check

Orbit couldn’t even be bothered to send me any notification by text, email or post that I was due a gas safety check, in the end they were sending me final notice letters where they were insinuating legal threats against me for failure to comply even though the fault was theirs to begin with.They’re happy enough sending their newsletters out by email to pretend they care so you know they have the capability to, just not when it’s for important maintenance purposes.When I phoned to complain about the experience, the operator replied with “Yeah, sorry, that happens sometimes.”
