This app is incredibly disappointing. They took a day to process my money, and the next day they requested utility bills to verify my address. I explained that the lease isn't in my name, nor do I have any government correspondence or bank statements. The following day, they held my payment due to these issues, and their customer service is really lacking. Be cautious if you're using this app for the first time; my experience was far from satisfactory.
