So far, so good! Ordered for the first time a few days ago. Received product today. Most companies I've dealt with charge ALOT for "2nd day air" if ordered before a certain time yet I've never received it when promised. This company did their part as far as shipping and I'm convinced that if we wouldn't have had an ice storm, carriers would have gotten it here as promised/paid for. Love the awesome sticker also. I'm obsessed with stickers and can't wait to start research project with the product. Will DEFINITELY be ordering again!
